 My first thought of the day: Gratitude.
Many times I sit for five minutes and give gratitude for every single thing that I can think off for the entire five minutes. This small time spent with God helps me charge my energy and quite the negative thoughts of complaint that may still be hovering around the mind. In the five minutes I find an enormous amount of things to be grateful for. This is only one of the actions that I take each day. The day becomes filled with small shifts that positively take me towards the purpose and goals of the ideal life that is for me. Each of us have our own path. Each of us are the only ones that can walk our path. Bless you, ask me questions, book a session on the telephone with me about abundance. Be open with sharing your true feelings with others. The magnificence of you will fulfill itself as you progress towards achieving each step that is required for your ideal life to become reality. Trust in your Intuition 100%. If in doubt let it go and wait for the right action to come to you. Allow the Universe to be part of your life and picture. When making a goal add "or something greater I am willing to receive". Have trust that only the very best is given to you every moment of your life. When things turn out different from how your ego or mind wants, remember that there is more to life, than the habits, or beliefs that have been programmed into your subconscious mind right from your first year upon this planet. That I am a soul in a physical form. That I am energy That past lives exist That the soul never dies, and souls that have no body, stay around the planet and inter-fear with humans. That there were karmic relationships to finish and so life gave me such opportunity. That I have a purpose and a mission while here to accomplish. That I am continuously protected and guided by a superior force . That love comes from within myself and not from others. That habits are a chain to brake, then I have freedom. That the universe is more powerful than the small entity that I am. That I have the potential to become a super being, with universal timing connected to my soul is very important I learnt how to be awake and aware each moment. I learnt the importance of having a connection with the feeling part before moving into action with any goal or decision. I learnt the importance of timing. Most of all I learnt how to integrate, balance and synthesize all of my parts and how to Restructure the DNA for a higher capability of containing more light. The most beautiful people are the ones that know how to love themselves and others. The vibration of Divine love is of a high frequency connected to the beauty of nature and God. I remain stable in such energy field that will be of benefit to myself and the greater good of mankind.
