In the last two weeks my life took on a more intense process of healing pain in the body, for myself and as a collective energy. Life has been preparing me, for this moment, of change. For many years, I took on every pain I felt, as belonging to me. Change was difficult to do, the martyr and sufferer syndrome was too strong inside of me. I knew that feeling the pain, by embracing it with attachment, was the incorrect way to go. Now finally I have come to the commitment and realization that letting go of personal pain, while including the collective pain of others, the correct way is as follows. This is what I received: Step 1 I need to allow my personal pain or of the worlds pain to fill my body completely, including the heart. It is important to stay DETACHED from the pain. Step 2 I simply breathe in pain, about ten times. Then make an intent to free MYSELF or the person's pain that I am picking up. Step 3 Keep breathing, with the inhale say "I wish that everyone could feel a healthy body." Exhale and say "We now are free from pain" I continue doing such breeding for as long as it takes, until I feel the pain gone. This can happen a few times a day, depending how sensitive you are or how much pain you, yourself have. Conclusion Embracing the pain without resistance nor making it my own pain, it brings relief and fulfillment in the healing of the physical body, for myself and others. This is a method for the people that are so sensitive and pick up the feelings and emotions of others on a daily bases. You may use which ever words you choose, experiment with it.
